Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly self-motivated, proactive .NET Developer with 4–6 years
of experience who can lead modules, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence. The
role requires strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to understand
requirements and design scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
- Take end-to-end ownership of modules and deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and UI teams to define solutions
- Participate in technical decision-making and solution design
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis
- Proactively suggest architectural and process improvements
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC
- Thorough knowledge in RDBMS principles, using databases like MSSQL/PostgreSQL Server, performance
tuning, and database design
- Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core / ORM tools
- Strong understanding of design patterns and application architecture
- Experience with API integration and microservices (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD practices
Soft Skills
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and ownership-driven

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have
